At Vivée, we’re committed to getting your wellness products to you as quickly, affordably, and reliably as possible.
Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (7–13 business days)Free on all U.S. orders
    We currently ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
    Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your location.


🌎 International Shipping

At this time, Vivée only ships domestically within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this moment — but we’re working on it for the future.


🆓 Free Shipping Offer

We’re proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all first-time orders as part of our introductory promotion.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, contact our support team at support@viveehealth.com.


🏡 Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please:

  1. Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)

  2. Check around your property and with neighbors

  3. Then contact us — we’ll do our best to help you.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your order, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
